- Parking
To access the building parking, you must first check in with the building concierge upon arrival. After completing the check-in, please collect the access cards from inside the apartment to enter the parking area and enter the residential floors from the parking level.
- Check-in and Check-out Timings
Guests can check in starting from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Early check-ins and late check-outs depend on availability.
Please note that any late check-out without prior approval may be subject to a half-day or full-day rate charge, depending on the delay.
- Local Taxes
This Property is subject to a Tourism tax of AED 20 per night.
- Standard Occupancy
This property is suitable to accommodate up to four (4) adults.
- Access Cards
Please return the access cards in good condition upon check-out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of 500 AED per card.
- Key
Please return the keys upon check-out. Replacement of lost keys will be charged at a rate of 100 AED per key.
- Passport Copies
Clear passport copies for all guests must be provided before check-in. This is required for building access approval and to comply with Ministry of Tourism regulations.
